How do I request a sample?+

Email hello@originlinetrading.com or use the contact form with your company name, destination address, and the product/grade of interest. Standard samples are 250 g – 1 kg for coffee and dates, and 250 ml – 1 L for olive oil. Sample courier is typically charged to the buyer's DHL/FedEx account.

What is your MOQ?+

Bulk MOQ is generally 1 x 20' FCL. LCL is available from 300 – 500 kg for specialty coffee lots and retail-packed dates. Retail SKUs typically start at 1,000 units per SKU.

Which Incoterms do you offer?+

EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DAP on a case-by-case basis, based on Incoterms 2020.

What payment terms do you accept?+

T/T with a deposit against pro-forma invoice and balance against copy of B/L, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight from a top-tier bank. Terms are agreed per contract.

Do you offer private label / OEM?+

Yes — for olive oil (bottles, cans), dates (retail trays, vacuum bags, gift boxes), and roasted retail coffee. We coordinate label design, artwork approval, and food-contact packaging.

How long does a typical order take?+

Bulk shipments: 2 – 4 weeks from confirmed order and deposit. Private-label retail: 4 – 6 weeks including artwork approval and production.

Which countries do you export to?+

We currently serve buyers in over 20 countries across the EU, UK, North America, GCC, and Asia-Pacific. New destinations are welcome subject to import compliance.

Can you meet organic or specific certification requirements?+

Yes for specific lots. Organic (EU / USDA / JAS), Halal, and GlobalG.A.P. are available on request. Contact us with your target market so we can confirm the exact scheme.
