Quality & Certifications
How we protect quality from origin to container
A structured quality assurance program covers every stage — sourcing, processing, packaging, and export — so every buyer receives what was specified.
Origin inspection
Every lot inspected at the cooperative, mill, or oasis before it enters our supply chain.
Laboratory testing
Third-party analysis: moisture, acidity, peroxide value, defects, sugar, microbiological safety, and pesticide residues.
Batch control & traceability
Unique batch numbers link each container to producer, harvest date, and processing lot.
Hygienic processing
HACCP-aligned handling, food-grade packaging, metal detection, and controlled storage.
Certifications
Where certifications are pending or lot-specific, we say so plainly. Ask us for the current certificate for the exact lot you are considering.
| Certification | Status |
|---|---|
| HACCP | In place across partner facilities |
| ISO 22000 | Selected facilities (details on request) |
| Organic (EU / USDA / JAS) | Available on request for specific lots |
| Halal | Available for olive oil and dates |
| GlobalG.A.P. | Available for selected coffee cooperatives |
| Phytosanitary compliance | Issued per shipment by origin authority |
| Export license | Held by our origin partners; documentation shared per order |
Certificate of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued for every shipment where applicable, covering the key technical parameters listed on each product page. Custom test panels can be arranged with our accredited laboratory partners on request.
