Shelf life & storage

Shelf life: 24 months in sealed original packaging

Storage: Store at 14 – 18 °C, protected from light, heat, and oxygen. Avoid metal contact except food-grade stainless steel.

Every lot tested for acidity, peroxide value, K232/K270, and organoleptic profile by accredited laboratories. HACCP-aligned bottling, batch coding, and traceability from grove to container. Certificate of Analysis issued per shipment.
