Milled under HACCP-aligned processes with sieving, metal detection, and batch coding. Laboratory testing for moisture, protein, ash, granulation, and microbiological parameters. Full traceability from wheat intake to finished semolina lot, with Certificate of Analysis and phytosanitary certificate issued per shipment.
